Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.


Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your package in real time.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: On U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts and before tax)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

 

 

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email or text message.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the carrier scans the package.

 

 

Shipping Carriers

Post Wash Clarity ships using trusted carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier used will depend on your location, order size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

 

 

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@postwashclarity.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement order.


Post Wash Clarity is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or severe weather conditions.

 

 

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address or redirect the package.

 

 

International Shipping

At this time, Post Wash Clarity only ships within the United States.

We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.
